Cottage and condo layouts and decors vary, with one common denominator – each is breathtaking in its own unique way. Kitchens all are fully equipped with updated counters and top-shelf appliances. Living areas feature the best in cozy furnishings. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fit for even the most-discriminating tastes. All rentals come with full-size washers and dryers, high ceilings, expansive windows, breezy porches, and shady verandas designed for outdoor living. Larger cottages sleep up to 15 guests, while condos provide great settings for smaller families or couples planning an intimate getaway.

Destin Pointe’s two community pools – including a zero-entry option next to the beach – offer fresh alternatives to saltwater swimming. The pool next to Magnolia House is heated year-round so even winter-time vacationers can comfortably take a dip. It also features water spouts and a spacious hot tub. The community has two lighted tennis/pickleball courts for friendly nighttime competitions, a barbecue-grill area for searing steaks or fresh catches, parks, plazas, and two lakes. Some houses sit alongside the lakes. Kayak and paddle-board rentals are available at the beach, as well as beach chair and umbrella setups.
